Dr. Alan Cohn, DO

• Dr. Cohn received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Sonoma Sate University. In 1989, he graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed his Osteopathic Internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. His Family Practice Residency training was done at Mercy Medical Center in Redding. Dr. Cohn is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Barbra Lewis, RN, FNP

• Barbra was born and raised in San Francisco, California. In 1994, she received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing Science at the University of San Francisco. Shortly after, she relocated to Mount Shasta. Commuting to Ashland, she completed her Masters in Nursing and received a Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Oregon Health and Sciences University. She is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
